Families begin with a short intake form and a $150 initiation fee when ready to start their search. We then facilitate matches, introductions, and support through the hiring process until a successful placement is made.

Timelines vary based on each family’s needs, schedule, and preferences. Our standard placement process typically takes 6–8 weeks, while families with more urgent or specialized needs may choose our expedited placement option, which typically takes 3–5 weeks.

Some families are matched more quickly, while more specific requests may take additional time.

We recommend beginning the process as soon as you feel ready so we can support you in finding the best possible fit for your family.

Nanny rates vary based on experience, number of children, schedule, and level of care required. In the DMV area, most families and caregivers typically agree on rates that reflect these factors.

All final rates are discussed and agreed directly between the family and the nanny, ensuring mutual understanding and a fair arrangement for both parties.

All caregivers go through a structured screening process that may include interviews, reference checks, experience verification, and an assessment of professionalism, childcare philosophy, and values alignment before being introduced to families. 

Once a family selects their match, all nannies are also required to complete a background check prior to placement being finalized.

Families pay a $150 search fee to begin the process, along with a placement fee upon a successful match. 

The placement fee is equal to 10% of the nanny's annual salary for standard placements or 12% of the nanny's annual salary for expedited placements. Flexible monthly payment plans are available.
