This $150 fee activates your placement process.

We carefully review and select qualified nannies based on experience, availability, and your preferences. You review, connect, and choose the right fit for your family.

You hire your chosen nanny directly. Rates are mutually agreed upon between family and nanny. Once a match is made, a placement fee of 10% of the nanny's annual salary for standard placements or 12% for expedited placements is due. Monthly payment plans are available.

• Support offer and hiring discussions
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation

This option works well for families who are planning ahead for a new baby, returning to work, relocating, or preparing for future childcare needs.

This option is ideal for:

Expedited searches receive prioritized recruitment efforts and additional outreach to identify qualified candidates within a shorter timeframe.
